You can pick up the selected goods yourself in the Matiere 79 store at the address: Odessa, st. Sergei Varlamov 28, Sady Pobedy shopping center, 1st floor. Opening hours: Mon-Sun from 11:00 to 21:00.

TERMS OF INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY

Your Matiere 79 selections will be dispatched within 1-2 business days.

Once your order is processed, you will receive an email with a tracking number.

International orders may incur additional customs or import duty charges. Please note that we do not cover these costs. Unfortunately as these costs are beyond our control and vary between countries, we cannot advise prior to shipment how much they will be.

TERMS OF EXCHANGE AND RETURNS

We do not accept jewelry returns at this time, but in the unlikely event that your piece arrives damaged or does not fit properly, we are happy to offer an exchange within 14 days of delivery.
